Downloaded the app and started a challenge with friends. I needed motivation and encouragement to get active and Proof provided that for me. Is there a better feeling than pushing the green button? Thank you Proof!

Proof Positive!

I’m loving tracking my activity - it’s made me more aware of how much movement I am getting and motivated me to get more. I also love being connected with friends and others in the community it’s fun to be competitive and supportive together. Definitely a positive addition to my life!

Use it every day!

Whether it’s checking on my progress, seeing where I stand in a challenge or high-fiving a friend, I’ve found myself using the app multiple times a day. I’ve also found that I’m moving more and diligent with scheduling workouts.

Many fitness trackers create stress and anxiety. Proof doesn’t. It’s fun, easy and addicting. And the positive peer “pressure” is encouraging.

Install and setup are simple. Arranging a challenge is a breeze. The Apple Health integration is seamless. Love this app!

Building habits with friends

I’ve loved using Proof to challenge, and be challenged by, friends to develop healthy habits. It’s a fun and engaging way to “gamefy” healthy living, like hitting daily step goals, getting in a daily sweat, or sleeping 8+ hours. Proof has a strong sense of community where everyone cheers each other on in the pursuit of building these healthy habits.

This app has been so motivating. It’s incredibly helpful to be able to view your friends and motivate one another each day to make our goals no matter how far apart we are from each other, location wise. It becomes a fun competitive game and we all enjoy pushing one another to get to the finish line.

Great App

Competing with family and friends with $$ on the line, is the best way for me to hold myself accountable! After 4 weeks of averaging 10k steps a day and > 7hrs of sleep, I’m losing weight, sleeping better and feeling the best I’ve felt in years!
