Completely Useless
Giving this app one Star is being overly generous. Although the app was written in congee, at least the numbers could be derived and interpreted on the website. That was before an update in early 2024. Since then, I’ve been unable to log into the app at all, even when I enter in my email address for the app to send me a verification code to allow me to change my password. It’s probably just as well. The information in it had become so useless.Unable to access app
Latest app stops working! DO NOT UPDATE!
I had the older version it was working fine but the latest ones stops communicating with the battery anymore.Nmac12
It used to have cell voltage but update removed it.
8/8/2024 UPDATE - I keep awaiting updates that make the telemetry work again but every update does not work like it used to. Very disappointed.Jimmu84
Latest Version Bluetooth not working

Old version used to work
The current version no longer works. The old version from 2023 worked but after they updated it it no longer reads my battery.BSlosson

This app used to work for my 300ah 12v lithium iron phosphate battery, but suddenly with an update it stopped working, and there doesn’t seem to be any other app that will connect to the vestwoods battery.Brisadelmar
App just stopped working
I paid a premium to for two large 200AH batteries for my electric pontoon boat with Bluetooth app capabilities as I want to know my state of charge. With the latest update I can connect but get zero telemetry from the battery. It’s basically a dumb battery now and I feel like I was cheated. That’s what you get for trusting unknown brands.Mattkins99
Broken for batteries
Bought Li batteries just 1 yr ago - app now manually connects with bluetooth but all data is zeros. Worst programmers ever. Batteries seem to actually work okay, but omissions seem likely on purpose to avoid confusion and warranty claims…NBBeckBo
Horrible app
Bought batteries June of 23 and downloaded this App. It worked but poorly like everyone says. Then the app auto updated in early April of 24 and now is completely non functional. Unable to see any data from my batteries even though I was able to get it to connect to each one. I bought the batteries because they had built in communication, but now I have none. Hopefully they will fix this app. But currently stay away from VESTWOODS batteries if your planning on this app for any type of monitoring.ootbs
Doesn’t work it’s complete garbage
App never worked then it updated and worked even less and now it updated again and I went from at least seeing the capacity and voltage to seeing absolutely no information at all, I bought this battery for its Bluetooth feature and that feature is not even available, i would never buy or recommend this battery to anyoneAngry user 44
