Great scooter
Love the scooter. So far it’s been fun and reliable. The only reason i didn’t give it five stars Is because of customer service or lack of. Trying to get a little assistance with the scooter is next to impossible. No contact number available. The only thing you can do is email. My experience has been At least half the time they will reply within 24 hours the other half the time it could be 2, 3, 4 days or more. I assume that they don’t know English very well because I tried to buy a new charger from them and it took a month of back-and-forth emails for them to comprehend what I was wanting to do. I was just at the point where I was ready to cut it up into pieces and go to a local dealer manufacture that spoke English that was available needed. Very frustrating. But I am glad that it didn’t come to that because it’s a lot of fun now that I’m able to charge it and write it again.

La premiere recu avait un défaut apres 1 mois d’utilisation. La 2iem est correcte apres 3 mois d’utilisation. Devrait avoir des pneus increvables. Service a la clientele et pieces pas facile a trouver
