I love the app! Being able to order my favorite coffee ahead of time on their new app is amazing.
Once you type in your phone number on your first in store purchase, you will get your points tracked and if you’re as addicted as me, they will pile up QUICK! Definitely recommend for any Kribi Coffee fan. 😍😍😍

App is pretty convenient and easy to use
App not functional
The app hasn’t tracked my purchases/rewards after scanning the QR code in store. Pointless app, will likely delete. TLDR: horrible app, great coffee

Want to love! But ordering ahead is too unpredictable.
It’s great to have a point system and mobile ordering for such a local coffee shop! Especially one as good as Kribi 😉 Easy to use, has Apple Pay, all that stuff.
But two things. First, sad I can’t get doughnuts on weekends! No big deal. Second, I’ve been burned by the “ASAP” option a few times now. This morning I ordered ahead because I was in a hurry. I put my order in at 9:45 and the folks hadn’t even started on it yet when I showed up 15 minutes later because it was scheduled for 10:10. It has a breakfast sandwich, which I know complicates things… but 25 minutes? Bummer. I had time to write this review while I waited 😅
