The only time your sure to have a great experience with this company is if you cover all your bases as the customer. There’s nothing in place to protect you as the customer while your a client.
If you send the correct shipping address to your supplier and they make the error of leaving details off you have to pay, and pay in full for their mistake.
If your package needs an invoice and they end up applying a “research” value. They can’t change it on the spot, you have to leave the package, upload the invoice then wait another week before it’s adjusted to the correct price - if it’s even adjusted.
Don’t bother calling customer care, they can’t do anything - what I was literally told - other than to “explain” the process to you and WHY it’s being done (doesn’t make it make anymore sense).
Oh and their ticketing system, they’ll not respond to your issue then send prompts to close the unresolved ticket. Did you call customer care expecting that they’ll at least flag the package relating to the ticket, nope they will not, you’ll go to pick up the package and it would be as if it never happened.
But be sure to know they have everything in place to collect your money and to ensure they do just that.

I like the app and I appreciate how streamlined the company is. With regards to the app I wish there was a subtotal for all packages that are to be collected the option to return items would be great too.
