Alexandria DOT Paratransit

The Alexandria DOT Paratransit app enables a specialized transportation service for residents of the City of Alexandria and visitors who cannot use regular transit buses or rail due to disability. The Alexandria DOT Paratransit app lets you pre-book rides quickly and easily. You can track your vehicle as it arrives or simply wait for the “I’m here” notification from your driver. Change your mind about a trip? Cancel a trip just as easily as you booked it directly from the app. It’s a shared service where you may be traveling with other passengers along the way.
