Bad service
This company besoma beauty is taking so long to respond back with customers and the delivery is also taking so long. I order my stuff for 3 weeks now and I haven’t received it yet. When I message them they taking atleast 2 days to answer back my questions and my answer is they don’t know where my package at, days by days thing never move forward, until I chat with the delivery company they said that my package never send to them but they creat the tracking numbers first. This is never happened to to me with any other website in USA. I don’t know exactly what wrong with this company they charge my money first but never send my stuff out. They make me stress with fear and sad with all their services.
