No sound
Latest update does not allow you to hear anything. No sound. Useless
Password Reset Failed
The camera in and of itself was okay and served it purpose. I would use it when I would go out of town so I could spy on my cat.
I went to use it a couple weeks ago and the app longer had my password saved. I tried every password I could think of.
I clicked forget password. Typed in my email. It says it sent me a verification code but I never received it. I have tried multiple times.
Very frustrating because now I can’t use the camera.
So make sure you write you password down somewhere.

Sound Not Working anymore
Camera was working just fine in the beginning. You can communicate on your phone through the camera to the other person but you can’t hear anything back on your phone. The sound needs to be fixed so I can hear continue to hear my family members through my phone.
Bad update ?
After the new update the mic no longer works. After pressing the button the whole app freezes.
Microphone doesn’t work
It was fine until the most recent update.
Microphone Not Working
Ours was working fine until the latest update and now the microphone doesn’t work. My wife’s worked fine and then she installed the latest update and now hers doesn’t work.
Good camera
I’ve had this camera for several years now and had no problems with the camera nor the app and I’ve used iPhone 12 and now 15
Worked until this week
I had no trouble with the app until this week, when I have been unable to login. I’ve even tried resetting my password, but the verification code is never sent. I no longer have any access to the app or my camera. The website looks fake and the contact form is inactive.
FHH Camera Went South
The camera worked well for about 16 months.
I tried updating the software. I rebooted the camera several times and was able to reconnect with my WiFi, it loads to 85%, and sends a message “network difficulties”.
Contacted our WiFi provider, no issues with them.
Lastly, I contacted FHH and described my camera issues. FHH apologized for the inconvenience, asked for my camera spec which I provided, but I haven’t heard back for over a week now.
Bought another camera from Amazon, keeping my fingers crossed on the new one.

No Longer Working
The camera worked well for about nine month, but will no stay connected to WiFi.
I tried resetting the camera, didn’t help. Lastly, I tried deleting the app and reinstalling as a new camera.
During the setup, the camera acknowledges it connected to the WiFi, but stops loading at 85%.
Time to toss this product and buy another brand.
