App doesn’t work
I was so excited to gift my daughter this membership, only to find out the app doesn’t work when you try to sign up. The photo verification just circle back to beginning of sign up. The last update to this app was over a year ago. Is this company even in business anymore? So disappointed.
Six digit code not working
I really want to use this app but when o put my number, I never get the six digit code. I tried multiple times, even different days and nothing. I never received the code.

Not enough drivers
I’ve tried multiple times this month to book a ride, none of them were successful. I waited for at least 15 minutes each time on the page “waiting for the driver to confirm the ride”. Really looking forward to taking a ride using this app, unfortunately still haven’t gotten a chance yet.
Really? A membership?
Why do women have to pay a memebership in order to feel safe with a driver? Does uber require a membership and that’s unsafe… this app needs to provide a come and go environment for all women to be safe and not needed to pay a fee constantly in order to access their services. Very disappointed as I wanted to use this app, as a women you have to deal many sick weirdos. What a shame.
