It’s not until you go a day without regulating through this app, the meditations, and guiding courses Kristina guides through that you realize how incredible the effects and routine are on your life. I’m so grateful to see the science behind why my body does what it does, and using the tools she supplies helps me regulate anxiety attacks + PTSD and harness a better grip on my stress levels. When I’m not stressed, it’s even more of a meditative action that I enjoy! How refreshing to mix science, spirit, and self-connection with my practice🤌🏽
