Aplikacija losija od stare za klasu! 5 dana pokusavam dobiti podrsku koju zovem call centar po pola h cekam i nista. Dopunio paket kredit i u aplikaciji sve aktivno dok mrni skida normalan kredit van paketa. Strahota jedna mreze i podrske. Posle praznika napustam odmah i jos desetak brojeva u porodici povlacimo u drugu mrezu…

Od prelaska na mts ne radi mobilni internet (pokušavao sam sva moguća automatska i ručna podešavanja apn-a), ugasili su staru aplikaciju koja je bila odlična i imala duplo više opcija od ove nove, a na ovu novu ne mogu ni da se ulogujem jer izbacuje "Previše pokušaja". Takođe, minute i sms iz paketa ne mogu da koristim na Kosmetu iako sam i tamo zakačen na mts mrežu (internet ni u centralnoj Srbiji ne radi, kao što sam već rekao)

Personal hotspot do not work
1. Bought a new eSim, but can not share internet from my iPhone 11. Hotspot option is disabled. Support can not help. New APN

10 puta od kad mi traje ugovor a prošlo je 6 meseci zovem i molim za raznorazne usluge i td. Aplikacija je očajna pokušajte to popraviti nije teško. Pogledajte kako to izgleda kod konkurencije pa ćete shvatiti!
