I adore Soulku as a company and as a group of people. I’ve experienced nothing but kindness and support. This app is fantastic in theory. But I always have trouble paying for products. Between a ridiculous loading time to even get to the payment screen and only getting my payment method to go through half the time, I’ve swapped back to using the website. I’ve gone through multiple cards and none of them went through this past transaction until I moved to the website.
