Unsafe recovery practices poor customer service
These support agents argued with me back-and-forth over many tickets I submitted when my account was hacked. I lost my account even though I had an FBI case open with an FBI case number they kept insisting that the FBI had to write them up a paper in order for them to lock my account while it was hacked. the FBI have time to do that. It’s not it’s not TV here. This is not TV. The company gave me a hard time that do not place your funds with these people they’re ridiculous.Show lessKelley Macca

Hi Kelley, It seems you may have mistaken the Kraken Wallet app for one of our other apps. Unlike the Kraken and Kraken Pro apps, Kraken Wallet is a self-custody wallet app. This means that users are in full control of their private keys and assets. Your Kraken wallet is stored locally on your device, giving you (and anyone who has access to your Secret Recovery Phrase) complete and sole control over your funds. It wouldn't be possible for anyone, not even Kraken, to lock your wallet or interact with your funds.
