  • Ridiculous app ever

    This app is ridiculous slowest app ever.
  • Slowest App can’t catch the ride

    App takes longer time to accept the ride. And there are a lot of options you have to go through then you can accept the ride which is disgusting.

    So many steps to accept the ride. Slowest app ever.

    Maybe there are some people who hacked the system in order to be able to get rides but for normal people it is not possible.
  • Ridiculous App you can’t accept even a single Ride

    App is so complicated you need to first select vehicle then go for accept and then submit i meant to say wow. People are sitting 24hr on their pc to accept the ride pc is a lot quicker than phones app. You guys should stop sending requests on the app.
  • Fake orders or allow people using bots

    As soon as you receive a new transfer booking in the market it disappears stating someone already pulled the transfer out of the market which is impossible. You will never be able to be assigned for a transfer.
  • Worst company to work with

    For all limo company in the US, please stay away from this scammer you’re not gonna get paid you’re gonna use your money for a whole month and after that you will be in trouble for each trip you get proof of pick up Pru drop off proof of cancellation, communication very bad customer service are the worst and the worldso it just waste of time stay with your business focus on it and leave this company to die cause he will die very soon

  • Chauffeur

    I have worked with 10+ limo companies over the last 6/7 years. But they are by far the worst company to work with. They are the least chauffeur/driver friendly company out there. They treat their chauffeur/driver like criminals. Before you say something to them, you better have your proof ready. Their no show policy is ridiculous. In one instance, my passenger flight was cancelled and the passenger texted me from his phone number to informed me that, he was not coming on that day due to flight cancellation, instead he would be arriving the following day. The flight status also showed cancelled. I informed their customer support. Knowing that, the flight got cancelled, and the customer himself confirmed he wouldn’t be landing on that day, they made me go to the airport for absolutely no reason and had me waiting there an hour to collect the no show. This company is full of Bullsh**! Their policies are beyond ridiculous. After all of that, they would be messing with your payment. Absolute nightmare of a company to work with for any driver or chauffeur.
