Login issues
Please allow me to stay logged into the app for longer durations or at least ensure that I can use a password manager to login to my app. The password field is deleting my password after pasting in from 1Password… It is such a pain to log into the app if you use a secure password as I do. I attempted to contact App support about this issue via the App Store but that link appears to be broken?Show lessNick_Gert

Dear Lanby, why are you putting this terrible app between your patients and your care team? A primary selling point of concierge medicine is easy, seamless access. Your user experience is your product.
Switching from direct access over email and text to this buggy app is a major regression. I don’t need another inbox in my life. I definitely don’t need a buggy app.
