Trade comps with *only brokers you know and trust*. Accept trade requests, reject them, or counter for a better lease comp from the other broker. Enter and *lock* a comp to track it but not trade it. *Trust the comp data.* When you see a comp, you will know if the parameters are certified by one or both sides.
