Great App And quick response
I have been very impressed with this app. I have had questions in the past about how it works and how the ratings are made and I have gotten very prompt responses. I also would agree with a fellow technician out there that because of this app, my tips went from a few cash tips here and there to more easy cash tips transactions from people that are not home when I am there, but watch what I do on the surveillance video.Most of my tips on this app or from people that were not home during my treatment.D Hanser Detroit East
Ratings are false
Your NPS score drops lower and lower when you get more and more 10 NPS ratings. They don’t show you anything lower than a 9 NPS, so you can’t see what your dissatisfied customers have to say so you can improve. I’m 100% convinced the NPS Total score is manipulated. I’m not a fan of this at all, it is definitely flawed.Hfhjjvcjk

I love this app, and especially like that it’s an answer to how most people do business nowadays. I’ve had the same customer base for years and would get cash tips every once in awhile. But after I started using Applause, I’ve receive me way more in tips in the last 6?months than I did in the previous 6 years.916mandree
