I was skeptical about using this app and I was right. Someone sent me little change he borrowed through this app and I haven’t been able to touch it for going to a month now. I’ve tried everything including reaching out to their customer support that isn’t as efficient and helpful as it should be. There’s always network issues or some buttons won’t work or error messages. This app blew my mind honestly. I was skeptical initially. Took me two months after I downloaded it to use it for the first time because I was understandably scared of making payment of such amount of money through them. But mehn! I was pleasantly surprised! The app needs to be updated every two days. The fees are criminally high. They use black market rate, the highest black market rate and still charge a ridiculous amount of money for service charge.zihnoh
