Phoning has so many flaws. It may be cute but has a lot of disadvantages. It’s sad how most fans can’t see newjeans updates because of phoning being a paid app and that newjeans is the only group on this app. It’s better off if newjeans would post,communicate,answer questions and have livestreams on weverse instead of phoning so all fans can keep up to date with them and their fanbase can grow biggerShow lesslily0_

hi! I'm a Turkish fan and I love New Jeans very much😍 but I can't understand it very much because it doesn't have a Turkish interface😢 please add Turkish as well, the application is very nice and I use it with pleasure but sometimes I need a Turkish interface pleasee add it🎀🌟jiwoo(elif)
Make heart react emoji touch size bigger
It’s hard to keep tapping the heart when it’s so small. I keep hitting just outside and making it press the end call button and show up the dialogue. Make the heart touch zone bigger to make it easier to spam heart!jensoonation

It’s cute but not that good
The layout is super cute and it’s really cool, but you can’t really do much stuff like watch LIVEs or see NewJeans’ pictures or posts unless you pay for it. It’s kinda unfair that those who don’t pay money won’t get to do that much things on the app@ArcticAnimeWolf

I really like this but I can’t message because I was too late for the id so will you please bring it back for me? I love the concept of phoning and minji phoning me is pretty cute as well. I love the app but the prices and uses are absurd. Like just to talk to the members or see photos is $10? I know some people will pay that but not everyone can.Mae Dongaya
Way too expensive
$10 a month to just chat with NewJeans? This is robbery. I honestly don’t think it’s worth to have this app if I only get to call them.uh ｗｏｒｍ

I honestly love Phoning and I love all the access you can have! You can go on video chats and text Newjeans and see plenty of photos and videos like if you were to actually text and talk to them and I love that you can watch podcasts on phoning! I love to watch them when I’m on long trips! But there is one thing I dislike is that you have to pay for access but there is a cheap and there is a pricey one but it gives you the same access I totally recommend to all bunnies around the world!~~~💗💗💗💗Show less[SH0ne[
Love the app BUTTT
I love the app and I’m a huge fan of newjeans but you have to pay for more then half of the features on the app. I understand that they wanna make more Money but it would honestly be better if they made you pay to download but then the app and stuff was free they would probably still make money like that. But as most of the people downloading this app are minors that probably don’t have a lot of expendable money/their parents would not let them pay almost 10$ a month or Almost 90 dollars a year paying 8$ once then having the app be free would sound more reasonable!!Show less😊😊❤️😊😊
