Really cool app, but it wants me to pay twice
I have uninstalled and redownloaded, and despite continuing to be billed, my available credits are negative, even though I am just trying to do offline transcriptions.
Lots to love about the app, and I get that the developer is just one person, but this is a total showstopper.Developer Response
Dear valued customer, Thank you for your honest feedback, and I sincerely apologise for the experience you had with it. Do note that the Minutes Pro subscription does not provide additional credits, but it does entitle users to unlimited offline transcription (as well as other exclusive features). This means that if the “Use Offline Model” setting is enabled, the app will transcribe regardless of your credit balance.
