App keeps crashing. I got a iPhone 13 Pro Max and it’s updated. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

Now please give me a setting to disable the ding sound for every block captured

Love to hear it! There is a setting for that in the Announcements, let us know if it’s not working for you!App is back to crashing with seconds of starting it. Opens for a moment, is frozen, then hard crashes. 🔥🔥🔥📉📉📉

If you shake your phone it should send us a feedback request and I can use the logs associated with your app to help determine why the app is crashing and fix it for you (if it still is crashing). Sorry to hear about your recent experience! This has been fixed in the most recent version. In version 1.2.6 and beyond you will no longer experience crashes when on turf captures. If you have any other feedback feel free to reach out to me personally at max@downloadcard.io or shake your phone for feedback!App is awesome! Really makes me want to go run all the time! The development team is also incredible and with fast response time. Stop read reviews and just download the app already so you can start claiming your turf!
They don't persist progress throughout your run so you lose progress if the app crashes

Yet for whatever reason the app not only identifies staten island to be its own city (???), but does not allow you to capture turf on staten island because apparently its not added to claimable cities yet… while new york city is supposed to be claimable. You see the problem here? New york city is not claimable, just Manhattan. I would love to wait and see this be changed so that all boroughs of new york city are considered part of new york city, but i guess this app just isnt quite there yet. Hope this gets changed in the near future.

Captured 200+ blocks yesterday. Clicking the button to claim coins failed repeatedly saying I'm not online. Seems more likely that the API was broken because everything else works for loading data.
Updated the app, and my route still shows up on my account, but ALL of the captured blocks no longer show up and I can't claim coins for all of the blocks that were captured.
How can the blocks show up on the route, but not be available to claim coins??? 😡😭😤
