This app have been my favorite app right from the day I started using it, and it have been unique, but I don’t what the problem is all about now you guys keep taking off lucid 💔I have always recommended this app as one of the best app for survey, please don’t let that fade off🤦♂️ try fix up the glitches, I’m giving it four star for now..!

No cash and this app is cap!
I have done 5 surveys for a hour now and is calling me a robot for no reason and not giving me any money, you just about get 50 cents and that is it so don’t waste you time on this app, they are lying to you I’m not saying it is the people but it may be a glitch but still, for me no money given to you. Also you can’t cash out until 5 dollars, so the 50 cents you do make, can’t be earned.

Not paid
It’s been 5 days and haven’t received payment i tried getting in touch and when i click it sends me to a phone number to text and haven’t received a response or any update when i reached out … I see no email I can message to or a phone number .. I admit the app is easy to make a quick 5-10$ but they haven’t paid me or gave an update in almost a week after the i requested payment… it’s says up to 3 businesses days but I haven’t even received a update… just found this app and it’s not making a good impression

I’m not understanding the Pay system
I am new to this survey app and I’m finding out that if I do a one dollar survey I get paid less than 30% of that dollar so I’m not sure why that is maybe the makers of this app can explain that to me. Otherwise it seems to be a good app to do surveys I like to do short apps, and they have plenty of those and it’s just easier to get those done. I have run into apps where you start a survey finish it and suddenly they’ve given you another survey to do followed by yet another survey so far I have not run into that with this app. Giving them for stars and not the five. Because I don’t understand the Pay system. And not knowing why I’m not getting that. It tells me I’m going to earn when I go to do the survey. Thank you.

Ok so basically this is a very good app & I Cashed Out on the first Day! I received my money From Kaching On cash app the day after I Cashed out. If you actually sit down and take the surveys you Could make some nice extra change. In 2 days I made 13 dollars it won’t make you rich but just Noce extra money!! The only downside I had is they Randomly banned me after my 2nd Cashout.. So Aside from that it’s a Good app and I would recommend if you Need some pocket money!.

They banned my account for no reason
I tried to log in the other day and now it keeps telling me my account is banned. I had almost $10 on my account and have cashed out before and never had a problem. I’ve never done anything wrong. All I did was take the surveys and try to build up my money. I’ve tried contacting this company which is IMPOSSIBLE to find any contact information!!! Just want my money off my account so I can never use it again!!

DISHONEST
I’ve been taking screenshots just to make sure I wasn’t wrong, but 7 out of 8 surveys DO NOT pay what they state they will. Especially surveys over $1. Just now I took an InBrain survey for $1.06. It claimed it was 8 minutes. In reality ONE of the videos I had to watch was over 8 minutes by itself. The total survey was nearly 25 minutes. I got paid $.23 for successfully completing. This is happening over and over. They are dishonestly listing the reward and time to complete in order to get people to take the lower paying/longer surveys. I do NOT recommend this survey app.

disappointment
i was using the app for a couple months things were fine and randomly i went to log in and was told they banned me for violating terms of service(no reason was provided) so of course i made a new account and again no more then 3 days later i’ve been banned for violating some term from their terms of service I'm starting to think this is a scam
