Good products- app is sometimes difficult
The app on the other hand needs some attention! It doesn’t recognize me when I go to checkout and some products have options to switch the scents for example but no where to click on what you want!! A little difficult to navigate!

The Best Skincare For Sure
One thing I would appreciate the Dime team worked on has nothing to do with the products honestly. I would appreciate if there was a better system in the app to retrieve the points earned in the app rather than having to click a link from a reminder through text message.

I asked 3 questions, is it cruelty free? Is it vegan? And do they only use clean ingredients? She said YES to all 3 questions and I knew Immediately Dime would be my new go to clean beauty company.
I just made a purchase of two perfumes one for myself and for my sister ofcourse! 🫶🏼 I highly recommend this perfume and brand, I have extremely sensitive skin & so I can only wear vegan/cruelty free/clean beauty products. Cant wait for my order to come in!

Products..YES! App? NO
Because I’ve been a loyal customer over the years, I also frequently earn rewards, which is an awesome benefit to buying DIME products. The downside is that there is nowhere to apply the rewards I have earned when checking out in the app. Again, extremely frustrating when spending money consistently on their products. Why bother telling customers they have earned a credit when it can’t be used/applied? I’ve reached out for support & always receive a timely response, however the problems in the app have never been fixed. Hopeful these issues can be resolved as it is a bit of a turn off when considering future purchases.
