Dime products in general

I have bought a lot of dime products and I have not been disappointed with any of them! Their anti-aging products are amazing! I’ve also ordered some of their perfumes, which are fantastic! Every time I wear one of them somebody always wants to know what I’m wearing! If you order anything you won’t be disappointed either!

I’ve never had better skin, in my life!

DIME products are top notch and I can tell that the company cares about their clients and their impact on this world, which is just part of why I love this brand. I’ve been using DIME for 2 years now and every product that I’ve tried has worked so beautifully to make my skin healthy and glowing, that after every purchase I make, I just want to try more and more products! I love the loyalty rewards points and all of the info they offer with each product on exactly how and when to use it, in your every day skincare routine. Their clean perfumes are amazing, as well! I’m obsessed with 7 Summers and constantly complimented on how good I smell! Bottom line, YOU NEED THESE PRODUCTS IN YOUR LIFE! They’ve definitely changed mine♥️

Other Installment Options

I love your products and have been waiting a long time to be able to purchase again. As a single mom of 3, with not so great credit, having Affirm as your only installment plan provider, makes it harder for those to get approved. By offering other installment providers, like Afterpay or Klarna, it may give the opportunity for others to bring DIME products into their homes.

Good products- app is sometimes difficult

I have really enjoyed using these products!! My skin is definitely sensitive and most products work with my skin! I have issues with sensitivity to the tinted sunscreen ( skin gets irritated) and the vitamin c serum! So I use on an on and off schedule! Otherwise I’m hoping and feeling like these products are helping my skin look younger!

The app on the other hand needs some attention! It doesn’t recognize me when I go to checkout and some products have options to switch the scents for example but no where to click on what you want!! A little difficult to navigate!

Using reward points

I emailed customer service a few days ago and still haven’t heard back. Applying reward points a web browser AND app is NOT a simple task. I still am having a hard time figuring out how to apply it. The instructions given on the FAQ are not working. So I am earning all the points but not able to use them. Very disappointing. Love their products but wish it was an easier process checking out. Oh and why am I offer free samples to choose from on their browser website but not their app??

Amazing products!!

I have been using Dime for a couple years now and it’s truly the best! The skincare is clean and you never have to worry about questionable ingredients. My skin has never looked better! I had issues with dry skin in the past and I have not had any since using Dime. They ship super fast too, never have to wait long once I order it!

Amazing products!

I have used almost everything on the market from the very cheap to the most expensive and suffered with cystic acne, my whole adult hood. Since trying DIME products, my skin is so happy! Very few breakouts and if I do break out, they are very small and only last for a short time. These products are so clean and effective. I’m so grateful that I found them!

The Best Skincare For Sure

I found out about this brand from a YouTuber I like watching and she talked about her skin struggles and how Dime products have helped her. At first, I thought she was just promoting it as a partnership thing and thought she her professional skin treatments hit her skin right. I still bought it in great faith that it would work. I’ve been trying skincare products that’ll work for a little bit and then my skin would just begin to breakout again, the time products I’ve been using are great! The hyper low serum has been wonders for my skin!

One thing I would appreciate the Dime team worked on has nothing to do with the products honestly. I would appreciate if there was a better system in the app to retrieve the points earned in the app rather than having to click a link from a reminder through text message.

Want to smell Rich? ✨

While on a business trip in Nashville TN my friend/colleague smelled absolutely amazing. She showed me that she was wearing Dans Les Bois perfume. I sprayed once on my wrist. It was light, airy, fresh, warm, and truly the words I used were “I feel and smell rich” 😌.

I asked 3 questions, is it cruelty free? Is it vegan? And do they only use clean ingredients? She said YES to all 3 questions and I knew Immediately Dime would be my new go to clean beauty company.

I just made a purchase of two perfumes one for myself and for my sister ofcourse! 🫶🏼 I highly recommend this perfume and brand, I have extremely sensitive skin & so I can only wear vegan/cruelty free/clean beauty products. Cant wait for my order to come in!

Products..YES! App? NO

I have been using DIME products for a few years now & absolutely love the noticeable difference in the appearance of my mature skin! Products definitely deserve 5 stars, however the difficulties I have experienced with the app are extremely frustrating, hence my 4 star review! I previously tried to set up auto renewals for some of my products & it was a disaster. They were coming way too frequently & although I was told by customer service that I could make changes on the app, unfortunately that is not the case. The app told me I had no auto renewals.
Because I’ve been a loyal customer over the years, I also frequently earn rewards, which is an awesome benefit to buying DIME products. The downside is that there is nowhere to apply the rewards I have earned when checking out in the app. Again, extremely frustrating when spending money consistently on their products. Why bother telling customers they have earned a credit when it can’t be used/applied? I’ve reached out for support & always receive a timely response, however the problems in the app have never been fixed. Hopeful these issues can be resolved as it is a bit of a turn off when considering future purchases.
