  • Great Email Service with Room for Improvement

    I’ve been using this email service for a while now, and overall, I’m quite pleased with it. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are robust, making it easy to manage my emails efficiently. However, there’s one significant improvement that would make this service even better: the ability to integrate emails from other providers since I haven’t been able to add Mailfence email to other email apps. (Update: It’s kinda insane that we have to pay to add our email to email apps. It’s such a basic feature and shouldn’t be a “premium feature”

  • The most under mated email service provider in the world!

    Please give this team support!! Highly recommended, super clean, simple did not collect your data encrypted. It’s bulletproof and needs more support from everybody else. Definitely on par with proton mail, and Tutanota.

  • Great App, Features Lacking

    Love mailfence and the new app. However, it would be very appreciated to have the ability to mark as not spam or to create folders from the app. I also noticed that pictures do not load well and attachments are also at times hard to open. I’m not sure if this is due to Mailfence themselves. Good app overall.

Management of the "non spam" email addresses needs to be done from your account on your computer. I have raised your comment on the performance to our technical team.   • One of the worst app I have in my phone

    It keeps logging me out from all my devices. I have two iPhones and an iPad, and about once per week it logs me out and I have to log back in in all my devices. It has become the biggest pain in the rear app in my phone, and I have hundreds of apps. I am considering deleting my account with Mailfence and deleting the app just because of this problem.

    After having checked with my technical team, our app can't cause the issue. Each app is running in "independant box", not conflicting with the rest of the apps on your device.   • Like having it more than not

    By choosing to use something like Mailfence, you’re naturally making trade offs that others may not find as savory. For example, it’s not possible to add an event to your calendar on mobile. I’m happy to accept this compromise in exchange for receiving privacy and security.

    This said, the one thing I really wish the iOS app supported that the Android app supports is landscape mode. I’m on a smaller form factor device, and it’s not possible for people to scan QR or bar codes out of emails because I can’t make them large enough in the portrait orientation.

    Hello to come back on the "landscape" comment, App is usually set-up and blocked on "portrait" on Android and iOS for the phones. On tablets however both are allowed. More specifically for the QR code, you can zoom within the email. You won't have any problem to scan it that way. I hope that I have been able to help you.   • Please add No Spam feature with white listing

    The application lack of many features that are included in the desktop version. Unfortunately the desktop version doesn’t display nicely on an IPhone. Please add these features starting with the ability to mark a spam email as not spam. Filtering on Alias could be useful instead of using tags and rules for this.

  • Perfect but can’t print

    What stops me from being a paid subscriber is the inability to print. I love your built in calendar and contacts options. The app is very efficient. Your staff writes me back right away! No complaints. Hopefully soon, you allow for printing on the mobile app.

  • Significantly Crippled App

    I am a paying subscriber. I use MF on my PC and iPhone. Before this app I used some other MF app that was just a bookmark to MF mobile. It worked great! It had full functionality. I use everything - email, contacts, notes, calendar. This new “real” app is missing contacts, notes and calendar functionality. What is the point of teleasing a crippled version? I need all the functions when mobile. Now I have to waste more time figuring out how to go back to what I had that just worked! I wish I had never downloaded this app.
