To gain access to the WHM training plans and exercise resources a subscription must be purchased.
In agreeing with the Terms and Conditions, you agree to have your subscription automatically renewed. Subscription purchase will be applied to the payment details you provide at the end of the trial or on the confirmation. You agree to your account being charged for renewal within a 24 hour period at the end of the current period and to this charge is the same as your initial fee unless you opt for a different plan (e.g switching from monthly to annual). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription. You can manage your subscription at any time in your account settings after purchase if you choose.
The programs themselves are good but the app is not up to speed it constantly needs to load during a workout and for the cost per month I expected more. I also lost saved workouts, meaning tracking was not possible for that week.
I find the app too frustrating to continue my membership knowing that their are similarly priced services with better quality apps
