    It makes ordering so easy & so many rewards! 🤩🤩🤩
  • Doesn’t work. Can’t order Daily Provisions with this App

    Use another app. This one says says “Error Validating Basket” after you take the time selecting items. Bad for the brand that they only sell crullers using this non functioning app.

    I have reinstalled the app to be sure there wasn’t some glitch on my device. Still fails with iPhone 12 mini / iOS 16.1.1.

  • It Gets the Job Done

    Great food, mediocre app. This feels and functions like a delivery app made in 2007, before any precedent was set. This app works like it was made by people who haven’t used other delivery apps.

    The app always defaults to pickup, even though I only order delivery. It never remembers the location I order from. If I set my location, and set my order to delivery, but then chose to “order again”… it will reset my already selected location. Even though it doesn’t have to. This means that I then, once again, have to make sure I select “delivery” once I’m at checkout. Because ordering again reset my filters. And this app always defaults to pick up.

    This app lets my order the food. That’s the best thing I can say about its performance.

  • Credit cards app issues week after week

    I’ve tried every credit card I have, inputting them on desktop and mobile app in my thanx account, and every time the transactions fail on the final “place order” page, even when I’ve entered all card info and CCV numbers correctly and try multiple different Amex or Visa cards. This issue has persisted for two months of having the app and always having the latest version. The clerk in the store was also unable / unwilling to help me so I cannot order pickup or delivery. Very unfortunate!

  • Impossible to login

    Avoid. Use Caviar instead for your sanity.

    Logging entails receiving a one-time link by email. That link opens up in your default browser. If that is not Safari, you are screwed. Clicking the link will open it in your default browser. Long-pressing to copy will first open it up in the temporary pop-up browser.

    Okay, you can copy and paste the link, if you select text outside the link and manipulate the selection….

    Or they could change their app to use a one-time use code to be copied from the email to the app.

    And in the quarter hour it took me to figure this out, four items from my cart were no longer available…

    Do yourself a favor an order from Caviar or another app instead.
