This app has truly helped me
I have been trying to follow a more Stoic philosophy in my life for about 6 years. I’ve read Meditations and almost all of Ryan Holiday’s books. I e journaled and taken classes. All of that has been helpful, but nothing has come close to the instantaneous results I have achieved by using this app.
When I find myself being ruled by emotion and not logic, I turn to this app and am guided by the prompts to feel better about any situation. It has helped me reduce my antidepressant dosage, I feel better armed to meet the challenges of life, and have even started sitting down with my ten year old daughter to help her with her anxiety.
I cannot recommend this app enough. Please work on getting the locked features usable as I am sure they will only augment the benefits of this app.Show lessTankInCanada
