How do you create a practice of gratitude without drawing comparison with others or judging how others live their lives? Its easy to say I'm better off than someone else or say “I'm so thankful I have more than someone lesser than me”. Let me introduce the verses of the Tao Te Ching written some 2500 years ago by Lao-Tzu. These verses give us a wealth of wisdom in how to live a life of Peace and Contentment by following what Lao-Tzu calls The Way. THANKS gives us a routine of thanks and gratitude through a lens of the Tao Te Ching verses. The THANKS app gives you each verses (verses 1 to 16 at this stage) and with an explanation of the verses and how they can lead you in healthy and fulfilling daily gratitude practice. You can read or listen to the verses and the essays written for each verse. Each essay is only 5 to 10 mins in length.
