1 music playing on watch don’t work i. Transford music dosnt work on watch 2 the watch dosnt have a sound like ringtone sound 3 nomatter what you do you can’t get the watch to make any sound 4 the data software is so bad that I put it back in the box and walked away not worth the aggravaction This is a great screen watch and that’s about all it is I noticed that all the knock off watches use the same software ya need to meet with a software engeener that can bring these watches up to speed google map is a whole joke

I'm sorry that our product has caused you such trouble. I would like to ask if your watch has accidentally turned on Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode. You can try turning off Do Not Disturb and Silent Mode in the settings of your watch.
