Rebecca is wonderful, app not so much

I have been working out with Rebecca Louise for years now and her energy, enthusiasm and creativity knows no bounds! My problem is not with the workouts but the app which has gone through many changes over the years. You used to be able to login to the app on your computer - this is no longer possible. I really struggle to watch the tiny videos on my phone (don’t have a tv) and because of this now find myself looking for other alternatives to Burn. So wish they’d bring this functionality back 😞

Best workout app!

I love Rebecca Louise’s workouts - I’ve been doing them for 10 years! In this app you can do the day’s scheduled workout and/or pick from a whole library of workouts. There are also great mindset and meditation videos, stretch videos, recipes and more. And, although there’s a lot of content, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for, and gives you a great daily boost.

App issues

I have been training with Rebecca over 10 years. Was excited to see she has an app!
The only issue is that if you find something you like, you are not able to save it anywhere to your profile. The subscription gives you access to great videos, but building personal schedule is not possible.
And if it is…. The help section doesn’t explain.

I’ve been following Rebecca for about 5 years now and never looked back. Before I found her I tried numerous workout apps and none of them could hold my attention long-term. Rebecca’s workouts are fun, hard (but enjoyable), and keep you motivated! I recommend her to everyone I know.

Much more than just a workout!

I love this app!
Workouts are typically 30 minutes, which include stretching and cool down. When you have limited time it’s nice to know it includes stretching. Plus you can stack workouts if you like a longer workouts.
Rebecca Louise has great energy and she adds mindful to help start your day in a positive way!
I highly recommend you check out app!

Get The Results You Are Looking For!!

I had been following Rebecca Louise’s workouts for two years before joining the Burn App and that is when the difference was made. The Burn App provides structure and is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive workout experience.

One of the best features of the Burn App is the multiple workouts to choose from, ranging from strength training to pilates and mobility and more. You can also filter your search based on your fitness level, or the specific muscle groups you want to target. It has recipes to execute and a whole mindfulness section to explore.

Another great feature of the Burn app is the community aspect. You can join challenges, connect with Burn App friends and share your progress on social media. This added social element is a great motivator to keep you on track with your fitness goals.

Overall, I highly recommend Rebecca Louise’s workouts to anyone looking for a great workout experience. The multiple choices and excellent results make it a top choice for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

Best Exercise App out there!

I love Rebecca Louise and this program! I started following the exercise app during Covid and have since joined the nutrition program which has really upped my game consistently losing weight each week and feeling so much stronger and more confident! Do yourself a favour a join this community!!!

Very happy with Rebecca’s program it gives me the motivation I need to keep exercising. What is great is having the flexibility to either choose your own exercise program or follow the monthly one if you want to keep it simple for yourself.

More than a workout app!

I signed up for Burn right at the start of the pandemic. For the sole purpose of being able to workout from home while the gyms were closed.
To my surprise this was way more! The mindset specifically changed everything I do for the better. She is so encouraging and has do many way to get the results you want. If it’s nutritional, fitness,mindset, personal growth this app has it all!
Now almost four years later I have grown into a completely different person. I’m fit, more active more confident, I make better business moves my life is more organized.
