Virtual staging is WOW! Impressive!!!
I tried the free virtual staging trial image and WOW, was it impressive! The app decluttered my room and put in 3 different options of furniture for me to choose from! I had a client who was struggling to imagine what an empty property might look like with their furniture. We found the app and had a collection of staged pics in just a few mins, pretty neat!Undead eskimo
Declutter feature works great!
Good app to quickly virtually stage some images for my home. The declutter worked better than expected, and while you can tell the furniture is AI, it’s quite good for being nearly instant. I regenerated a few of the renders and it produced better results. It’s not perfect (a TV was partially placed over a window in a few images), but the placement felt natural in most. It’s nice you can choose the furniture styles, wish it could label the image as ‘virtually staged’ as apparently that is required for our local MLS. Great app for real estate agents!
I’m a real estate agent and have used the AgentUp app to help enhance my listing photos and do virtual staging on vacant properties. The cost is affordable and turnaround time in almost instant! Highly recommend! 👍👍Devon Higgins

Charges freaking $12 for one picture
One of the most expensive apps that I have ever seen. There are other available which gives you 9 pictures all staged for $5.
Also, this app doesn't even have a trial where I can actually see the processed pictures before paying for it. DELETEDAbhineet87

Thank you very much for your feedback! As a product team we're listening closely to our happy and occasional disenchanted users. While we have always (and always will) be transparent and show our pricing before a user ever checks out, we have recently moved virtual staging AI pricing down to $5/photo, which includes 3 initial generations and three additional generations as needed. While we will never be the cheapest option on the market, we're working every day to improve the app and are pushing updates 1-2 times per month. So if you it's not perfect for you now, consider trying us again down the road. As to a free trial image, we love your idea and have heard it from others too! This feature is a higher priority feature on our product roadmap for this year. I’ve tried a few other real estate AI media apps, but this is the first one that has both AI photo editing and AI staging in one app.
I’ve been using this app for a few months now for AI photo editing and a few virtually staged images for my listings and for being AI it’s actually pretty decent.
Are there some photos that aren’t perfect, sure, but more times than not they look better than before and they are done within a few minutes for a few bucks. They also say they have ‘pro’ human editors do revisions, but I haven’t tried this yet as they take longer.
In particular I’ve been impressed with the AI declutterring tool for the VS images… again, it’s AI, so it’s not perfect, but better than expected in many cases. The staging orders give you three staged images to choose from and free revisions if the first set didn’t produce a great result, which has been pretty helpful.Show lesslivennak

We appreciate your input! In rare cases AI has it's problems and is still not human editing. We do, however, offer pro human editing from the main web app if that is a better solution for your needs. That said, the most common issues for bad outcomes is low lighting, shooting into the sun, or shooting in wide angle modes (like your 0.5X camera). Our data is showing 95%+ of outcomes for users are very positive and we're making big updates to the model every few months as the AI is trained with more and more data. While AI might have let you down today, we'll keep listening to users to make improvements. Thank you kindly.
