This app is exactly what I needed for bringing myself back to Centre and truly being with my self and calming the anxiousness of my fried nervous system.

Recovering from Trauma and cPTSD on my own, this app is great for getting you to label your state and select appropriate little three minute exercises (no fitness whatsoever ever, even better!) to get you out of your head and feeling presence t in the body.

These are the types of TOOLS that can be used in moments of emotional distress in the future if trigger ever arises. I highly recommend this app for people who need a VERY USER FRIENDLY interface and clean look. It’s not over the top like most self-help apps I’ve used. The lack of “visual noisiness” in a Graphic Design sense is very helpful for focus and not getting distracted or overwhelmed.

The price is worth it.

Simple and so effective!

As a former body worker of 10 years who needed a change in career due to medical issues, I couldn’t have thought of something better than joining Neurofit. The training was spectacular, and the app made the process so much more rewarding and simple. Having a way to track your progress, it serves as an accountability tool as well, and whenever I was having a lot of resistance, the clear option was phenomenal in helping me dig deeper and find different perspectives and solutions to my issues and clarity in my answers. I am so glad I said yes to this opportunity, and I’m grateful to be able to continue using such a neat approach to regulating my nervous system along with this really wonderful app!

Powerful tool for help in taking action!

This is what I’ve been looking for! As a Transformational Life Coach who works with women in business to stop self sabotage and create a life with more satisfaction and fulfillment, I take a holistic approach to my work. Oftentimes my clients WANT to take action but their bodies cause them to stop and self sabotage because they are unknowingly disregulated. This app is the missing link to helping not just myself but my clients too in getting past overwhelm and stress, and preventing burnout, so that they can keep chasing their dreams while juggling all the balls women have to deal with these days. I highly recommend it for all my clients and see a difference in the ones that use it. It’s a must have for anyone wanting to live in possibility and continue stretching into their highest potential!

Game changer

The NEUROFIT app has truly been a game changer for me. As someone who has suffered from anxiety my entire life and postpartum anxiety after children this app has helped me drastically change the way I go about my day. It helps bring awareness to emotions surrounding different life aspects, and support nervous system regulation by recommending a somatic workout based on the current state of your nervous system. I love that it is personalized and that you can dig deeper into why each exercise works. There have been so many times I have now noticed the dysregulation and have known exactly what to do to regulate my NS which has been life changing. Thank you Loren and Andrew for creating such a powerful app.

Simple and so effective

I’ve been using this app for over 12 weeks now and it is finally the thing that has been making a difference for me. As a health coach, I’ve been looking for something for both myself and my clients to use that is simple and doesn’t require expensive equipment or a big learning curve. I’ve tried other tools in the past but this has been the best! I feel this is doable for EVERYONE and the impacts are substantial due to the consistency of doing the exercises daily. Also, being a coach and being able to use this to track clients progress is sooo exciting and I feel will bring better results and a unique coaching tool. I signed up for the certification and it’s been excellent. I will continue to use this and recommend to my clients.

Simply Life Changing!

I started using the NeuroFit app, and enrolled in the NeuroFit Neurological Fitness certification program, because I was searching for something to help me heal from the nightly panic attacks I was having after a major health scare. Within a few weeks of dedicated use of the app, I was able to sleep soundly through the night. As I continued to use the app, not only have the panic attacks ceased, I now find myself being able to respond to life rather than react to it. Overall, I’m calmer, more positive and able to flow with the ebbs and flows of life. The app is SO simple to use and incredibly effective. I LOVE that I can track my progress along with utilizing the Clear AI journal which helps me gain a lot of clarity navigating through life. Last but not least, I’m a bodyworker and holistic wellness coach that is looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned in the certification with my clients. I know this will help them enhance their wellness goals greatly. I HIGHLY recommend!

I love this app

As someone who has studied somatics and neurological fitness I love how this app allows for implementation of powerful, simple and effective techniques. More importantly it allows you to track your progress and ensure that you are doing balance exercises that are beneficial for your current nervous system state. It is easy to use, not annoying with notifications and is easy to implement on a daily basis

This really works!!!

It’s so refreshing to find an app and process that is simple to follow and actually makes some massive difference and shifts to your wellness.
I love the daily check ins and how daily activities are part of this process. It’s a constant reminder that wellness truly does take a holistic approach.
In only 3 weeks I have shifted through some really big emotions and energy that was stuck in my body. Nervous system fitness is the next big thing and it is making some massive changes in people’s lives.

Finally an app that focuses on nervous system rebalance

As a practitioner who specialises in nervous system regulation and trauma treatment I’ve been exploring the concept of how this predominantly unconscious part of us can be brought into the conscious in a day to day easy to implement way. NEUROFIT is the answer. Checking HRV, what autonomic state we are in and lots of reading and education to help understand there is nothing wrong with us when feeling overwhelmed so instead of turning away , turning towards these autonomic states with curiosity and compassion, therein lies the healing and transformation and NEUROFIT supports this process in a positive and conscious approach . Scam App with Limited Content and Zero Customer Service

Very expensive app for 5 total exercises. I had no idea what I was paying for, the app just gave me instructions for a few simple exercises. No matter what symptoms I chose I got the same exercises. I sent two emails to ask if there was more to the app and no one ever responded.
I tried to write a previous review and that never got posted so the entire thing feels like a giant scam!

Hi Mad, First, we've trained hundreds of health professionals and have 60K+ users in 100+ countries worldwide. Second, everything you've said here has detailed answers in our in-app FAQs. We've highly recommended that you read them, but will repeat here for anyone else concerned: 1) The value of this app is in the coaching and embodiment (doing) - it's intentionally less of a content library (knowing about) because that's what our data has shown to create the best results. Beyond a certain point, consuming information *decreases* the chances that members take action (the brain mistakes learning for doing!), which is why we're mindful with in-app content/education. 2) Our exercise recommendation engine chooses from dozens of potential exercises (not 5), based on both your personal in-app experience, and how exercises have performed for specific nervous system states across our community as a whole. 3) Relieving stress also does not require an endless content library. Actually, depth is better than breadth here: repeating the same somatic exercises can tend to make them *more* effective - the nervous system attunes to the movements and associates them with balanced states. It's more about what's finding the ones that work best for you. After checking with our team, your initial email came across highly imbalanced (similar to calling us a "Scam App" here). As mentioned in our initial email reply, to protect their well-being, we give them the option to avoid responding to messages of that nature (we also sent you a tool for you to balance your nervous system before responding). We can understand if the product didn't align with your upfront expectations - but we are confident in this direction given how effective it's been for our community, and trust that you'd share in similar success upon sticking to the guided program + habits for 2-3 weeks.
