The license plate system has made a world of difference! The gate goes up so quick when I pull in the lane. Thank you, I was tired of getting stuck with tickets that had problems all the time! This has made my commute much better!Rhythm1300
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. I parked my car in the morning and when I came to pick it up in the evening after 9 hrs, I clicked “tap to exit” and it says “loading”. This is an endless message. I was stuck there as the gate was not opening. The service person was kind enough to open the gate manually and let me go. I reached home and the app is still running and I am worried if its going to charge me again a hefty amount.Show lessAnand1233
Glitches
Set a new card as default and the old card was processed and denied like I new it would be which is why the other card was set as default so I got charged for one single day parking instead of the monthly pass and now I can’t add money to the card my company provides and there is no way to make a payment using multiple payment options so for the whole month of May I either have to pay single days or pay with another card not the one my company provides to save me moneyShow lesssecretsquirrel20
