The app never worked
The app never worked. Support are very slow to respond and just send some links. When I said I want to cancel (because it didn’t work) they said I can’t and sited some terms and conditions.
Eventually they agreed if I send back the sensor which I did do. But as of now they still haven’t issued the refund.
Dealing with this company has been a frustrating experience. It’s a real shame. There’s so much value it monitoring blood sugars and I wish we had a good company in Australia for this like we do in the US.
My recommendation is to use Levels app or Nutrisense which work in Australia if you can get your own sensors.Show lessDidn’t work
Couldn’t get the app to work. But the worst part is customer support. They just sent some links and then disappeared. Not helpful at all. Don’t waste your money on this company.Good Information, but Significant Issues Remain
The app’s food database is very poor, and I’m not sure why this hasn’t been improved or sourced from a more reliable food calorie database. Additionally, while the app reads from Apple Health, it still does not write data to it, making the integration with the glucose monitor redundant. This issue remains unresolved despite previous feedback.
Another concern is that the app claims to sell additional glucose monitors at a discounted price, but this is not accurate.
It’s disappointing to see that these key features and issues haven’t been addressed yet, especially since they impact the overall functionality and user trust. I hope these problems are fixed in future updates.Show less
