Okay
It’s a bit fast paced for people going in blind and the ads are a bit excessive but the sprites are good so it’s decent
Aah
I have 2 problems:
The first being, the UNGODLY AMOUNT OF ADDS, EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GOT TO A NEW LEVEL, ADD. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO RESTART, ADD. please, just reduce the amount off adds. Another problem I have, THE WAITER IS SO ANNOYING. YOU HAVE TO IMMEDIATELY TURN AROUND, AND PRESS THE FLASHLIGHT BUTTON AG BASICALLY THE SAME TIME. AND, THE WAITER KIND OF JUST, IMMEDIATELY JUMPS AT YOU, LIKE WHY DOES HE DO THIS, AND ITS EVEN WORSE CONSIDERING I ALWAYS HAVE TO WATCH AN ADD WHEN I HAVE TO RESTART BECAUSE OF THE WAITER. LIKE JUST REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF ADDS AND REDUCE THE SPEED AT WHICH WAITER ATTACKS YOU, then I will give 5 stars. This game is really cool, and seems fun, but dude, the adds and the waiter are what hold it back from 5 stars.

It’s Okay
First, pardon my username. I was very young when I made it.
Now, when I first began this game, it was an extremely frustrating time. The Waiter no longer walks behind you, and instead will jump from behind you. You have a very small amount of time to turn around and flash your light at him. The Greeter is another problem, appearing way too late before you have the time to flash her. Both The Follower and The Hunter also felt very fast. The ads popping up after the completion of every level mixed with everything else going on made the game incredibly frustrating and overstimulating.
Once I finally got the hang of things (and paid to get rid of the ads-), the game was just okay. I definitely think it’s better than the original, I like the graphics and music, as well as the addition of The Hunter as a new enemy (he’s probably my second favorite next to The Greeter now) and Infinity Mode. I also like how Tim walks faster in this version.
I still think The Waiter and The Greeter’s mechanics make the game a bit too stressful. I also don’t like the shop very much. I feel there were better things to earn in the older version, like masks of the puppets’ faces. What happened to those? I remember feeling encouraged to keep playing through the game in an attempt to unlock The Greeter mask. Now I just have no motivation to keep going, which is a shame because I feel replaying through the game would be a lot more fun if I knew I was earning something afterwards.
I like how this version tries to show the story more, as well as The Nightmare’s dialogue, but I don’t like how you can’t skip cutscenes after your first play through. (SPOILER ALERT) I also don’t like the floor after Floor 1. While I like the addition of the spirit, I think walking through the bedroom and having to keep an eye out for The Follower was a much more interesting set up in the older version, and it would have been nice to see an updated version of that mixed with the spirit. (END OF SPOILERS).
If you like this series, this game is worth giving a try since it’s free. But overall, it’s a very mixed bag to me. Some elements I think are done better than the original, other elements I think the original did better.

Had to restart
This game would’ve been good if it wasn’t for the stupid 3 strikes than you restart honestly this is the closest to good one of these slaughter me street games has been but honestly that ruined it for me and this series needs to get better
Great remake!
This a amazing remake of 123 sms retro but sometimes the turn around button can be unresponsive.
It’s good
There are adds every second
Really Good
Ive loved the series since I was younger! Really good addition
Perfect treat for what’s to come
I love the 123 SMS games and patiently await the remake and this games a nice treat.
Extremely fun
Really fun mechanic and liked the pixel design of the monsters. I even decided to pay the £2 for no adds because of how good this game was. Even after I have finished the story mode, I have plenty of fun playing infinite mode.
IGS return!
I used to love watching popular YouTubers play your games, I found them very scary and fun to watch, and a remaster of the retro game, very big step and it sure was a worth it step, there are some things that are wrong with this game but they are outweighed by the good, but still, these two problems bother me the most. The first problem that bother me is the sprite for Tim Denison, I think he has a good design but his arms are too long, its almost uncanny to me so could you please fix the arms please, and the other things that bother me are the Jump-scare sprites, they’re not good but not bad, I don’t really think they are scary, but they have potential, I was thinking of them being more in your face and louder as-well as more stylized/detailed and realistic, but I REALLY enjoy this game, also one more thing update, when you get all the infinity achievements, there should be a feature where you can swap the puppets yourself, difficulties levels and how long the hallway should be, that way we can make our own challenges, hope you liked my review and hope to take these suggestions to make the game better to your liking and mine.
