Somewhat Useful; Painfully Annoying
As basic as it is, this tool serves it's purpose. However, the 1-star rating is because the developer coded this tool to be overly annoying as it continualy begs for a review. So here is your review ... 1-star because you've successful made a basic tool very intrusive.
