Better integration between app and web needed
Firstly content of the app is great so don’t take this 3 star rating as meaning the content isn’t up to scratch, the issue is however that the app is poorly integrated to the website. If you go onto the app and then click a on demand course it takes you to the web where you have to login and then it doesn’t take you to the course but to the main page. There should be deep linking or a persistent authentication across mobile and web applications at a minimum, this is an app that is you pay for so really the content should be native not web wrapped, I’m not taking my laptop to the courts I’m taking my phone.
I hope work here can be prioritised to make this a smoother experience especially for new users it’s a bit jarring atm.
