No NPSP, No RTGS, SERVER BUSY!!!
Still now the worst banking app in Bangladesh!!! Server remains busy when you need most!!! No NPSB,RTGS facilities!!!! You cannot open DPS,FDR from app… Need more improvements…Mr. Plato

It was working properly while I was in Bangladesh but after I left Bangladesh it’s not working anymore even I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. But last year it was working properly even I was in abroad.jnsmoonkhulna

Unable to Register Account
I gave my information's to register in this app but it says
"Unable to acquire JDBC Connection;nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Unable to"

Stupid app
After update the new version, password to be given and there is no option for OTP to be given and message showing OPT not been sent. I m having this problem in IPhone 10. This is really stupid.SR201045
Didn’t follow proper security protocol
I’m a bit worried about this app, as the authority who run this app is outsourced. They’re not bank employees, mean bank is not owner of the app. No thing prevails in any bank of the world. Please buy a app and run that solely by bank.
