App not known by staff
QR code arrived with vouchers our friends bought for my birthday. Downloaded the apps accordingly and content seemed encouraging with a 20% discount off for first order. Tried to use it but staff had little knowledge of the app and contended that it was a covid thing and only applicable to online orders and delivery. This is all great but why is there an option for table ordering and redeeming in store? Makes no sense - app completely unuseable unless you live within delivery distance presumably 🤷♂️
