First of all the app is functioning well overall. I was able to get a local area code number which has turned out to be a challenge with other low cost VOIP solutions. I was trying to set my direct number for caller ID instead of the company mainline and couldn’t figure out how to do it. I’m getting a high quality VOIP free so I’m not expecting much support. But I can’t find any support at all. No contact email, documentation, community, nothing. This makes me extremely uncomfortable to use the number for my business.
