Not fit for purpose
Won’t accept my passport, won’t read the chip. Not fit for purpose. The help advisors advice was, it must be my phone or passport, despite using Apple Pay everyday and using my passport for regular travel in the last month I have had no problems with it then , app is rubbish!

Instructions poor
When scanning chip, remove any protective case and lay the phone down on the info page. No need to hover over the phone.
