Doesn’t work

The app synched once and now for the last 48 hours has told me it is not syncing every 2 hours. Hope the monitor works better then the Bluetooth syncing.

App is a good app to track health information

Does what it is supposed to.

I have no particular interest in this app since it was prescribed by my cardiologists, however, a few things I might mention may be helpful. The device I am using will disconnect several times a day. It is largely due to loss of connection to the Internet, or Wi-Fi being down. I do not know if it is the device, my phone, or the app, but I often have to stop my Bluetooth and restart it before it will connect again. I am assuming that it sends the data to the company that is sponsoring this app however, I do not have any feedback to this point after two weeks of use to indicate whether it is or is not. it would probably be a decent App if you were trying to keep track of your vitals and your weight and so forth however, I have other apps that do a better job of that are designed specifically for Fitness so I would have no use for this app otherwise.

Charging issue

I have to charge the device at least twice per day and the app doesn’t give any kind of alert that the battery is low like an pop up alert or sound you have to just check battery life constantly. This is going to make my 30 day study take longer

Morons wrote this

Its screen text overwrites itself. Information scrolls off the bottom of other screens. I had to tell it multiple times to opt out of cookies. I was never able to pair the hardware and found it completely unusable. I deleted the app. I’m going to request they delete any health data they got.

7/28/23. Hope the device works better than the App.. Will not stay connected via Bluetooth. Forget calling “Customer Care” 800 number for assistance as stated. First call is a call taker, second call will be a technician after your heart study is over. Good Luck!!

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time because the app does not work. I’ve tried deleting and downloading several times but will not work.

Doesn’t work on iOS

It’s impossible to set up an account or sign in to the app. I’ve downloaded, removed, and re-downloaded.
