Won’t work iOS 18
Tried adding it and followed all the steps and still doesn’t work I would like a refund please

You contacted us simply saying “it doesn’t work” with no additional details. The app does work on iOS 18 but if you don’t communicate your issue, we cannot help you.
Unable to Proceed
It seems to work on Apple apps, but if you try most of the third-party apps you will not be able to obtain a URL at that point you can’t proceed any further.
Very disappointing as the ones I want on the lock screen or third-party apps
It only costs £.0.99 I did expect it to work. I’m using it on an iPad with iOS 17.

I tryied the launch 🚀 one, and didn’t work. This one a custom app didn’t work that I needed for work, so I dm them on twitter and they fixed it for me and now it works. Really good app
Can’t create custom URL
Terrible! Unable to create a custom URL to run a shortcut without error messages. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I didn't understand the instructions at first, but you add the icon to your lock screen (it’ll look like it's all the same type). Then you click on the icon on your home screen and pick a short cut. Now that I understand it I love it.
For the developers, rather than trying to explain this in your FAQ, you should put an animated gif in the app to help new users.
