How do I cancel..you won’t post subscription!
I ALSO sent an email to you that you listed in your rules and regulations within the first day of purchase, but have NOT heard a response back from you! So that is also my cancellation! Why have you not responded back….you need to let me know that you are not charging me like you stated….

or your suggestion of going to my subscriptions, since you won’t put it in my subscription yet! This is my proof! I want to cancel!

It would be very helpful if you could share more information about your usage, such as the amount of photos and videos in your iPhone, the model type and storage of your device, the features you used. We will try our best to improve the efficiency in scanning photos. And if you want, you can pause to clean part of your photos. And you can continue to clean the rest photos next time you open our app. We hope this way will help you at present.
