The Wonderlic Personnel Test, or Wonderlic test, was formerly known as the Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test. It is a common pre-employment technique for assessing prospective employees' cognitive and problem-solving abilities.
Wonderlic is used by recruiters to seek entry-level and managerial applicants. There are 50 multiple-choice questions in one test for the applicants to complete in 12 minutes. Each of the questions will be worth 1 point, and the average score among test takers is 21.

Each test has a different number of questions and time requirements, and either can or cannot be administered via computer.
