Is this app for helping patients or for promoting the hospital services? It is obviously for promoting the hospital services and not for the convenience of the patients.
The top of the homepage contains so much irrelevant information for existing patients. It is mostly everything promoting what the hospital offers.
However, for existing patients using the app. there is no history, no list of their own doctors, no lab reports, no x-ray reports, no prescriptions, no past diagnosis, etc. there is only existing appointments. However, making a new appointment with your own doctor is very inconvenient, too many steps. There needs to be a list of previous doctors with a quick access to make another appointment.
If you don't want to put quick access on the front page, then add a category in the bottom menu bar (ie. History, then include access to previous doctors, diagnosis, x-ray, reports, lab reports prescriptions, etc.)
Also, please add a remember my location/branch as a default instead of having to select it every time. those few things would make the app desirable for existing customers/patients.
