From the start everyone was very on top of things. Max came out when he said he would, stayed true to everything he had told me, and showed up just like he said when the adjuster came out. My roof got approved and they got me on the schedule and from there I took my hands off the wheel and let them handle things. Brayden was on site making sure everything went smoothly, he was very kind and respectful towards my wishes. I was very happy with The Shingle Master and their process to go about everything!
