With advanced filter feature, you can define the categories and compare yourself with your peers. On top all these cool features, StronGrips App provides you a perfect workout timer with 3 main modes: For Time (Count Up), AMRAP (Count Down) or Interval. With its clear design, the StronGrips App will be your best training partner. KG – LBS Weight converter and percentage calculator are additional useful features of StronGrips App where you don’t loose time to make the calculations for your strength trainings.
