This app rocks!
I’ve been disappointed with Ultimate Guitar (which I pay for) and a every other app that I’ve tried. I started developing my own app but this already has all the things a musician would need like the ability to easily search for and import chord pro formatted songs, edit lyrics and chords, organize set lists and my favorite feature, airplay projection (I use an external monitor). The only additional feature that I might use is a web based editor but even without it, I would still pay for this app.Show lessDarrelkathan

I’m really really impressed so far, and I’ll write more after I’ve had a chance to actually use this for playing live. The old-school process was to print out a bunch of songs with the lyrics and chords, put them in a binder, and put the binder on a music stand. This app allows you to do that, and much more…but the most important thing is, it needs to do the basics well: allow you to organize and flip through songs using your iPad as a virtual 3-ring binder. I think some of the other apps have lost sight of that fundamental need. This app seems to do it very well.Show lessT1nman33
Transpose Feature!
I have tried many similar apps such as Ultimate Guitar and Chordify, but this is the only app that allows me to transpose without paying. It also has no silky pop-up ads and a much cleaner layout. Would reccomend to any musician or anyone who wants to easily learn pop song chords. Amazing app!Drelld78

This app, both on Mac and iOS has been crafted thoughtfully and the elegantly.
A lot of apps in these categories are slapped together with little thought to useability and design. This is not one of those apps and great to see a well thought out applicationStash.66

Found this by accident when looking for a scrolling app. This is the best and with great functionality even the free version. Simple and effective . With a gig on Friday this has been a lifesaver. Great stuffjonzo123

Great app for musicians, particularly those playing at a church - on their own or within a band. Standout feature for me is lyric projection so whilst you see words and chords on your iPhone/ipad, the congregation see only the words, nicely centred and formatted on an optional background. Controlled with a footpedal you are in control of where you are in the song and lyrics match what the congregation are singing. No more using another app for lyrics or creating a separate PowerPoint.Show lessDave0893839

It syncs with iCloud with no hassles and my other devices update right away. I will be uninstallng those other apps.

I have some songs I sounded out in chordpro format. I was hosting a web site to store and view them but this is so much better. On top of that it can transpose, and simulate a capo and it remembers your settings for each song. As if that wasn’t enough there’s a tuner, and metronome, and you can import songs from an internet search across many websites! And if there’s an error you can just edit your copy. No ads or restrictions but I still paid for this app, it’s that amazing.Show lesspokeygumby
