Terrible service and rude customer service
I was lied to by customer service about placing an order then after submitting it they told me it couldn’t be fulfilled. They then disconnected the chat. The CEO then came into the chat was even more rude than their staff. Threaten me with a delay in getting my refund coz I told them to refund me my money. Got even more abusive and disabled the chat so that I couldn’t respond or get a copy of the chat. Absolute terrible company. Unfortunately I have to find an alternative solution today. Save your money, these people are not in the business for customers but to make money from people. They don’t care about customers. First time using their platform and last time using it. Disgusting behaviour and practice. Don’t waste your time downloading the app as the platform is not that great anyways.

App needs fixing
I’ve used this app before and it worked pretty well, now I’m trying to use it for over 3 days and it won’t take me to the screen to add my payment method. I’ve been told to update the app but even that doesn’t work. Please fix it.
Can’t sign in
Although the option is there to sign in with google/apple ID, it’s not allowing me to do so. It is required that I sign in to add an item to the cart.
Fix app asap
I was so excited when I found out I could order groceries for my dad from this app , after adding groceries to list and adding receiver info next it’s time to pay ( add card info is not available) now it takes me to a blank screen. And that’s as far as I go… please fix ASAP

This app needs some work. Tried placing order when it shows receiver information at the option to
